Having moved from New Jersey in 2019 and opening her bagel store the following year, Cheryl decided to add her own touch to the way things typically work. Instead of confronting customers with the tipping question, she decided there wouldn't be a tipping option at all. She understands how it feels to be in a position where tipping might be challenging and has always wanted her customers to feel comfortable.

With fond memories of her childhood and the values instilled in her by her parents about the art of tipping, Cheryl felt that over time, the essence of tipping had shifted. So, she decided to create a space where customers could enjoy a delicious bagel without the extra pressure.

Blessed with an all-women team that completely supports her vision, Cheryl’s focus has always been on the family. She's designed her pricing with families in mind, hoping they can walk in and order a dozen bagels without breaking the bank or worrying about the added tip.
