Davis School District and South Davis Recreation District approved a 10-year agreement allowing schools to use recreation facilities, including the pool for swim teams, while rec programs can continue using school buildings and fields. Swim fees are expected to be about $180 per student in the South Davis Rec area and $230 for Farmington High swimmers.

โ Remember Leeโs Cafe?
A recent local post about Leeโs Cafe brought back a flood of memories for longtime Bountiful residents. From the unmistakable roadside sign to the booths, jukebox and late-night stops, it sounds like Leeโs was much more than just a place to grab a meal.
Readers remembered going there with parents and grandparents, meeting friends after work or school, and even having first dates there. And one menu item came up again and again: fries and gravy. Chicken-fried steak and homemade pie earned plenty of love too.
Several commenters also remembered family members who worked there over the years, adding to the feeling that Leeโs was woven into everyday Bountiful life. One resident summed it up best by saying it was โa place that cannot be replaced.โ

The Kids Are Back in Schoolโฆ Now Itโs Your Turn
The backpacks are packed, the school routine is back, and after a busy summer of taking care of everyone else, it might be time to take care of you.
Stress doesnโt just live in your calendar โ your body carries it too. Tight shoulders, a stiff neck, headaches, a clenched jaw, or that stubborn knot between your shoulder blades can all be signs that your body needs a little attention.
Take a few stretch breaks, unclench that jaw, drop your shoulders away from your ears, and give yourself permission to slow down once in a while.
And when those knots just wonโt let go? Thatโs where we come in. ๐
The kids are back in school. Maybe itโs time to put yourself back on the schedule, too. ๐ Book a Massage

๐ฝ๏ธ Itโs National TV Dinner Day!
Remember when dinner came in a little aluminum tray with its own separate compartments? ๐
September 10 is National TV Dinner Day, celebrating the frozen dinners that became an American staple after Swanson introduced its version in the 1950s.
Of course, we have another idea...
Maybe tonight is a good excuse to leave the TV dinner in the freezer and grab dinner from one of our local South Davis restaurants instead. ๐Consider this your completely unofficial permission to let someone else cook tonight.
