🇺🇸 Woods Cross Family Honors Fallen Marine

The family of Marine Lance Cpl. Dion Stephenson, a Woods Cross High graduate killed in the Persian Gulf War, will attend the Oct. 24 dedication of the National Desert Shield and Desert Storm Memorial in Washington, D.C. 🎢 Lagoon’s Wooden Coaster Still Rolling After 105 Years

Lagoon’s classic wooden Roller Coaster is getting a little attention beyond Farmington! A new Only In Your State feature highlights Utah’s oldest amusement park and its coaster, which debuted in 1921. After a 1953 fire destroyed roughly half the ride, crews rebuilt it for the following season.

For generations of South Davis families, that familiar wooden coaster is a ride through their own memories, too. 👉 Read More

County Clerk Brian McKenzie encourages visitors to observe and ask questions, giving voters a closer look at the work behind each election.

It gives local voters a firsthand way to better understand how their ballots are handled. 👉 Read More

💆‍♀️ Your Body Has a Way of Keeping Score!

Ever notice how a busy week can leave you feeling like you've run a marathon—even when you haven't?

Between work, errands, family responsibilities, and everyday stress, our bodies take on more than we realize. Tight shoulders, an aching back, or that constant feeling of being worn out can be signs it's time to slow down.

Here's my reminder for the week: You don't have to earn your rest! Taking care of yourself isn't something you should save for when everything else is done.

✨ Sometimes the best thing you can do for everyone else is take a little time for yourself. A relaxing massage might be just the reset you need!

I'd love to help you unwind, recharge, and feel a little more like yourself again. 💛
