🛢️ Proposed Fuel Pipeline Would End in North Salt Lake
HF Sinclair is exploring a fuel pipeline called Westline Connect that would connect Wyoming with the company’s facilities in North Salt Lake.
According to The Salt Lake Tribune, the proposed route would pass through Emigration Canyon and Salt Lake City foothill neighborhoods. The proposal has drawn concerns from Salt Lake City leaders about potential risks.
The route is not final, and the Tribune reports construction would be at least two years away. For South Davis readers, the local connection is the proposed North Salt Lake endpoint.
