🦉 OWL-o-ween Brings Live Owls & Halloween Fun to Farmington

Families can get up close with live owls this Saturday, Oct. 10, during OWL-o-ween at the Eccles Wildlife Education Center in Farmington. The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources event runs from 10 AM–1 PM and includes nocturnal wildlife activities, games, a spooky nature trail and a new trunk-or-treat experience.

Farmington Parks & Recreation is inviting residents to sign up for this year’s Freaky Farmington Spooky Yard Tour. Participants can show off their Halloween yard displays and creative decorations for neighbors to enjoy around the city.

🏈 Thursday Night Lights Across Davis County

High school football comes a day early this week, with several local teams hitting the field Thursday night at 7 PM:

Brighton at Bountiful
Woods Cross at Olympus
Alta at Viewmont
Syracuse at Farmington

Bountiful heads into Thursday at 5–2, while Brighton is 1–7. Woods Cross comes in at 3–5, and Farmington is 3–5.
