A free community discussion exploring the value of life’s challenges will take place on Sunday, January 26th from 3:30 to 5:30pm at Harmons Grocery in Farmington. The event invites participants to reflect on how hardships can foster growth and resilience, both individually and within communities. Drawing on spiritual insights from the Bahá’í Teachings, attendees will examine ways to approach struggles as opportunities for progress. The event is open to all and welcomes diverse perspectives.

Hundreds Protest Trump’s Second Term at Utah Capitol, Demanding Justice for Marginalized Groups

Hundreds of protesters gathered at the Utah Capitol to denounce President Donald Trump as he began his second term. Organized by the Party for Socialism and Liberation, the demonstration brought together advocates for immigrant rights, workers' rights, LGBTQ equality, and environmental justice. Participants criticized Trump’s policies, accusing him of prioritizing corporate interests and the wealthy at the expense of marginalized communities.
