๐ซ Personal Fireworks Ban Extended Through Pioneer Day in South Davis
Residents in Bountiful, Centerville, West Bountiful, Woods Cross, and North Salt Lake will not be allowed to discharge personal fireworks through July 25 as South Davis Metro Fire officials respond to extreme drought conditions and elevated wildfire danger. The restriction follows ongoing evaluations of weather, fire conditions, and statewide firefighting resources. Bountiful leaders are encouraging families to attend the city's professional fireworks show at Mueller Park Junior High on Saturday, July 25, which will still take place under fire department supervision.
The temporary ban is designed to reduce wildfire risk while still giving families a safe way to celebrate Pioneer Day and Handcart Days. ๐ See Post
