๐ช Helping Adults Over 40 Get Stronger, Healthier & More Confident: Meet Alloy Personal Training Bountiful
When Isaac and Francie Keim set out to own a business of their own, they wanted something that would truly make a difference in people's lives. After exploring several opportunities, they found exactly that with Alloy Personal Training.
Today, their Bountiful studio is helping local adults become stronger, healthier, and more confidentโone personalized workout at a time.
Located at 535 W 400 N in Bountiful, Alloy specializes in individualized functional strength training designed specifically for adults over 40. Their approach focuses on helping members look better, feel better, move better, and ultimately live longerโall without spending countless hours in the gym.
What makes Alloy different is their commitment to meeting people where they are. Every workout is tailored to the individual, with trainers experienced in working around injuries, limitations, and different fitness levels. Rather than a one-size-fits-all program, members receive guidance and support that fits their unique needs and goals.
"We cater to adults who simply want to improve their quality of life," says the team. "Functional strength training helps people get stronger at the movements that matter most for long-term health and wellness."

The passion for healthy living extends beyond the business itself. Isaac and Francie prioritize fitness in their own lives, and even their parents are active members at Alloy's Kaysville location. That family-centered mindset has helped create a welcoming environment where members feel supported and encouraged every step of the way.
Community involvement is also a big part of what they do. Alloy actively supports other local businesses, sponsors area teams, contributes to fundraisers, and looks for opportunities to help their neighbors succeed alongside them.
You'll be seeing plenty of Alloy around town this summer! They'll be participating in the Centerville Fourth of July parade, the Bountiful Handcart Days Parade on July 25th, and hosting pop-ups with other local businesses. In July, Face Foundrie from Farmington will be visiting the studio for a special facial pop-up event, and in August, you can find the Alloy team at Legacy Park in North Salt Lake on Monday evenings.
If you've been looking for a fitness program that understands real life, works with your body's needs, and focuses on long-term health rather than quick fixes, Alloy Personal Training Bountiful may be exactly what you've been searching for.

๐ Local Fireworks Stands Remain Open Despite City Restrictions
While local residents won't be able to light personal fireworks this Fourth of July due to the city's temporary fireworks ban, local vendors are still open for business.
Olympus Fireworks, located at the Gateway Shopping Center in West Bountiful next to Chuck-A-Rama, shared that they are continuing to sell fireworks for future celebrations, including Pioneer Day on July 24 and even New Year's festivities.
The company also posted information about nearby communities that are still allowing personal fireworks this weekend, reminding customers to follow local regulations and celebrate safely and legally. They also noted that fireworks are permitted at the Bonneville Salt Flats, which some families may choose as an alternative location for celebrating.
With municipal fireworks shows still moving forward across the area, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy the holiday while helping reduce wildfire risks during this exceptionally dry season. ๐ See Post
๐ Are you changing your Fourth of July traditions this year because of the fireworks restrictions? Whoโs all heading to the Salt Flats?! โญ๏ธ

๐ North Salt Lake Liberty Fest Keeps Rolling
North Salt Lake kicked off Liberty Fest with a packed schedule at Legacy Park, including the annual color run, pancake breakfast, volleyball tournament, family activities, vendors, and magic shows. The celebration continues with the Eaglewood Auto Fest on July 2 and a professional fireworks show at Eaglewood Golf Course on July 3 at 10 PM.
With personal fireworks banned this year, the cityโs professional show gives families a safe, community-centered way to celebrate the holiday together.

13-Year-Old Utah Girl Earns Eagle Scout Honor
Thirteen-year-old Lenora Gale has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, becoming one of a small number of girls nationwide to reach the milestone at such a young age. Her community project focused on preserving a rare pioneer-era ox shoeing stock at Provo Pioneer Village, contributing nearly 150 hours of service and helping prepare the site for its Memorial Day opening. ๐ Read More

The Benefits of Adding a CBD Oil Upgrade to Your Massage
Have you ever wondered what a CBD massage upgrade actually does?
CBD-infused massage oils are becoming increasingly popular because they can help support relaxation and provide additional comfort for sore, overworked muscles. When applied topically during a massage, CBD works locally with the body's natural systems and may help reduce muscle tension and everyday aches without any intoxicating effects.
Many clients enjoy a CBD upgrade because it can:
๐ฟ Help calm inflammation in tired muscles and joints
๐ฟ Encourage deeper relaxation during the session
๐ฟ Soothe areas of chronic tension or post-workout soreness
๐ฟ Leave the skin feeling nourished and hydrated
๐ฟ Complement the therapeutic benefits of massage itself
Whether you've spent the week gardening, traveling, exercising, or simply managing everyday stress, adding CBD oil can be a wonderful way to enhance your massage experience and help your body unwind.
If you've never tried it before, ask about a CBD upgrade during your next appointmentโyou might be surprised by how much your muscles thank you afterward!
