📵 Davis Schools Set New Phone Rules
Utah’s new SB69 restricts student cellphone use during the school day, but districts can set their own policies. In Davis School District, elementary students face a bell-to-bell ban, while secondary students may still use phones between classes and during lunch. ❤️ Woods Cross Youth Council Hosting Blood Drive
The Woods Cross Youth City Council is teaming up with the American Red Cross for a community blood drive on Monday, Aug. 24.
Local residents are invited to donate blood and help support patients in need throughout the region. Appointments are encouraged and can be scheduled ahead of time through the Red Cross.

Boulton Elementary is hiring a lunchroom assistant to help students, wipe tables, sweep, and keep lunchtime running smoothly. The weekday shift runs from 11:15 AM to 1:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Farmington High girls volleyball improved to 4-0 with a dramatic five-set win over Fremont on Aug. 20. After dropping the first two sets, the Phoenix rallied to take the final three, including a 15-5 fifth-set finish.
Farmington’s unbeaten start gives local fans an early-season team to watch.
