Car Fire Near Bountiful Fuel Station Quickly Contained by Firefighters

A prompt response from firefighters helped prevent a potentially hazardous situation in Bountiful on Wednesday evening. South Davis Metro Fire Service Area’s Company 82, B Platoon, quickly extinguished a car fire that broke out near a fuel station. Thanks to their swift action, the flames were contained before spreading, and no nearby structures were at risk.

The incident occurred near a gas station, raising concerns of a more serious emergency. However, the fire was brought under control without any reported injuries or damage to surrounding property. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
