Mountain Lion Family Spotted Roaming in Bountiful Neighborhood

A family of five mountain lions was spotted in Bountiful early Tuesday morning, seen on Wood Hollow Way and near the fire station on Bountiful Boulevard. Residents are being cautioned to keep pets indoors and monitor children outside, as the large group of predators poses a potential threat. Authorities are urging vigilance and asking residents to report further sightings to wildlife officials.

MLK Day in Utah: Lectures, Service Projects, and Cultural Events Planned

Utah will celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day with events and service projects statewide, honoring Dr. King’s legacy of equality and justice. As the season progresses, both squads are setting their sights on upcoming regional and state competitions.
