Fruit Heights Residents Warned After 14 Cars Burglarized Overnight

Authorities in Fruit Heights are investigating a series of 14 car burglaries that happened overnight, mainly along Mountain Road. Davis County Sheriff's deputies say the suspects appeared to target unlocked vehicles, making it easier for them to move quickly through the area.

Investigators are reviewing neighborhood surveillance footage and following leads to determine whether the suspects were local. Residents are being reminded to lock their vehicles, remove valuables, and report any suspicious activity or video footage to authorities.

Bold Mural to Bring Artistic Flair to North Salt Lake’s Main Street

North Salt Lake is launching a new public art project featuring a large mural on the west wall of City Hall along Main Street. Funded in part by a state arts grant, the mural will depict local landscapes and cultural themes. The project aims to boost community pride and downtown vibrancy, with completion expected before winter.

Utahns Rush to Wyoming for Powerball Tickets as Jackpot Hits $1.3 Billion

Utah residents are traveling to Wyoming to buy Powerball tickets as the jackpot hits $1.3 billion. Due to Utah's ban on lottery sales, nearby Evanston sees a surge in visitors, especially at convenience stores and gas stations. The growing prize is driving heavy traffic, despite long odds of winning.

🌿 Wellness Wednesday with Erin 🌿

💫 Each week, Erin from Soul Elevation Wellness shares a simple way to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

This Week’s Tip: "Nature’s Pure Gift”

Essential oils are nature’s purest gifts, drawn from the roots, seeds, flowers, and bark of plants. These potent compounds not only give plants their fragrance and protection, but they also offer incredible benefits for us — from calming the mind to boosting immunity and supporting emotional balance. 🌸

Using pure essential oils, like DoTerra, allows you to bring the healing power of nature into your home and daily life. When combined with the Aromatouch Technique, essential oils are applied with gentle, rhythmic touch to reduce stress, restore balance, and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and re-centered. Many describe it as a reset for the body and soul.
