Playback Party Band Brings the Energy to Station Parkโs Rock The Park Series
This Friday evening, Station Park will come alive with music as Playback Party Band takes the stage for another installment of the popular Rock The Park concert series. The festivities begin at 6:00 p.m. with Vendor Alley opening its gates, offering a lively mix of giveaways, shopping, and concert seating. The main performance kicks off at 7:30 p.m., promising a high-energy show filled with crowd favorites and feel-good hits.
Guests can also look forward to seeing this weekโs emcee, Risa Terburg Baker, who will be making her appearance styled by Evereve. The fashion brand recently reopened its beautifully renovated boutique near Sephora, adding a fresh flair to Station Parkโs retail lineup.
End-of-Summer Adventures Await in Davis County
Davis Countyโs end-of-summer bucket list offers a mix of thrilling activities, local dining, and outdoor escapes. Highlights include rides at Lagoon, hikes to Adams Canyon Falls, local farmers markets, outdoor shows, splash pads, and horseback rides across Antelope Island. With food truck rallies, live theater, and river paddling also on the list, thereโs still plenty of summer fun to be had.

Eva, a longtime downtown Salt Lake City restaurant, is undergoing extensive restoration after sustaining smoke and water damage from a nearby fire that destroyed several neighboring establishments. Cleanup is expected to take months, with an October 1 reopening targeted. In the meantime, local restaurants like Carson Kitchen are raising funds for affected workers, and the Downtown Alliance is nearing its $500,000 relief goal, supported by matching donations from the Eccles Foundation.
