⭐Local Business Spotlight Feature:

Empowering Community Through Connection
Kennie Hansen, the driving force behind CONNECTCO, has shared with us her inspiring journey and the impactful services her business offers. This week's spotlight is on CONNECTCO, a beacon of dedication and service that's been illuminating our community for a decade.
A Journey from Struggle to Empowerment
Kennie's story is one of transformation. Juggling multiple responsibilities, from managing an apartment complex to teaching and bookkeeping, all while being a mother and grandmother, she found herself exhausted and financially strained. It was this personal struggle that ignited the spark for CONNECTCO. Kennie's vision was clear: to create a pathway to financial and time freedom through essential services that touch everyone's lives.
Exceptional Services Rooted in Genuine Care
At CONNECTCO, it's not just about the transaction; it's about the relationship. Kennie stands out for her commitment to exceptional customer service, focusing on understanding and meeting her clients' needs without any pressure. "It's about helping clients, and if it's not a good fit, I let them know," Kennie explains. This honest and client-focused approach is what sets CONNECTCO apart in a sea of businesses vying for attention.
A Pillar of Community Support
CONNECTCO's impact extends beyond the services it offers. For every customer acquired, a child is fed through the local community food bank, reflecting a profound commitment to giving back. Moreover, Kennie's involvement as a Big Sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program showcases her dedication to mentoring and supporting the youth in our community.
Engagement Beyond Business
Kennie's passion for connection is evident in her eagerness to collaborate with other businesses for mutual growth. Her active presence on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram allows her to reach out and engage with both clients and fellow businesses, fostering a network of support and collaboration.
Join the CONNECTCO Community
As we spotlight CONNECTCO, we're not just highlighting a business; we're celebrating a story of resilience, a commitment to service, and a dedication to community welfare. Kennie Hansen and CONNECTCO exemplify what it means to turn personal challenges into opportunities that benefit not just an individual, but an entire community.
For those looking to create more freedom in their lives, or simply to learn more about how CONNECTCO can make a difference in yours, visit Kennie's website and follow her journey on Facebook and Instagram.
Together, let's celebrate and support the businesses that are the heartbeat of our community.

Hill Air Force Base Witnesses Flawless Emergency Landing by Tactical Jet
A remarkable incident occurred at Hill Air Force Base when a pilot, flying an F-5AT fighter jet for private military contractor Tactical Air Support, was forced to execute a belly landing due to an in-flight emergency. Fortunately, the pilot emerged unharmed from the situation. A belly landing, also known as a gear-up landing, involves the aircraft landing without the landing gear fully extended, causing the plane's belly to make contact with the ground. Following the incident, the base spokesman, Thomas Mullen, confirmed the pilot's safety and announced a brief closure of the airbase to relocate the aircraft and evaluate the runway's condition.

Bountiful Police Arrest 20-Year-Old in Connection to Fatal Shooting
In Bountiful, a 20-year-old man, Darius Jay Farr, has been arrested in relation to a shooting that left another 20-year-old, Uatisone Kelemete Jr., dead. Farr faces charges of obstruction of justice and illegal firearm possession. Initially claiming to be a carjacking victim, Farr's story evolved, eventually admitting to intending to sell THC vaping cartridges to Kelemete. Discrepancies in his story and evidence from his home and social media led to his arrest. Farr, who also suffered gunshot wounds, had left the hospital prematurely and tested positive for several substances.

Utah Leads the West in Snowpack Growth This Winter
After a sluggish start to the winter season, Utah's snowpack has experienced significant growth, positioning itself as a standout in the Western United States. This development is crucial for the state's water reserves, with the snowpack's water content rising considerably by the season's end. The article compares Utah's snowpack levels with those of neighboring states, underlining the importance of these figures in the broader context of water resource management and climate patterns in the region.
