Bountiful Police Seek Help Identifying Theft Suspect from Common Cents
The Bountiful City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a person involved in a theft at the Common Cents store. The individual was last seen leaving the scene in a Mini Cooper, as captured in an image released by the police. Officer Kvasnicka is leading the investigation and is asking anyone who may recognize the individual to come forward with information. Community members are encouraged to reach out directly to Officer Kvasnicka to assist in resolving this case.
Farmington Family Celebrates Kidney Transplant Milestone
The Beck family celebrates Steve Beck's two-year anniversary of a successful kidney transplant, crediting a generous donor named Michelle. Steve is in great health following a recent checkup. The family recently moved back to California, remodeled their home, and had to evacuate due to a fire. They are advocating for kidney donation awareness, with over 100,000 Americans currently in need of a transplant. The Becks express gratitude for the ongoing support from their community.

Viewmontβs Titan Longson Leads with Power and Precision
Viewmont High quarterback Titan Longson was named KSL.com's Prep Football Player of the Week after leading his team to a commanding victory over Bonneville. Longson threw for five touchdowns and over 300 yards, helping the Vikings secure a 42-7 lead by halftime. He ranks among the top in Utah for passing yards and touchdowns. Longson attributes his success to his coaching staffβs trust and his relentless focus following a previous loss. He has aspirations of playing college football after serving a church mission.

Car Strikes and Kills Man Changing Tire on Dark Stretch of I-15
A man was tragically killed while changing a tire on I-15 near Clearfield, Utah. The incident occurred at around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday when the man pulled over in a narrow, dark area of the freeway. Drivers tried to swerve to avoid him, but one car struck him. The man, who was 35 years old, died at the scene. His identity has not yet been released by authorities.

Fall Clothing Drive
October 21 to 24 and October 28 to 29, The North Salt Lake Youth City Council (NSLYCC) is hosting a Fall Clothing Drive to help those in need as colder weather approaches. Residents can drop off gently used or new winter clothing at City Hall, 10 East Center St., North Salt Lake. Items such as coats, scarves, gloves, and general clothing for all ages are welcome. Join the youth council in supporting the community by donating essential winter items to keep families warm this season.
