At Voyage Academy in Clinton, sixth-grade students embarked on a project to celebrate female achievements in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). They invited female scientists from the local Hill Air Force Base to share their journeys and challenges in the field. The initiative, led by teacher James Gritis, aimed to address the underrepresentation of women in STEM by allowing students to interview these professionals, thereby gaining inspiration and knowledge. Two Utah Men Sentenced in $18M Global Investment Fraud

Four individuals, including two from Utah, have been sentenced for their roles in a global investment fraud scheme that defrauded victims of $18 million through false promises of high returns. The scheme, operated under "the Brittingham Group," involved misleading investors and laundering the stolen funds internationally.
