Road Closures Begin TODAY July 14 for Shepard Lane Utility Work in Centerville

Starting Monday, July 14, key roads in Centerville—including segments of 1500 West, Shepard Lane, and the Frontage Road—will be temporarily closed due to ongoing utility work tied to the Shepard Lane Interchange project. The closures are expected to last through August, potentially affecting local traffic patterns.

Residents in the surrounding area should prepare for elevated levels of noise, dust, vibration, and increased truck traffic during the construction period. Despite the closures, access will still be available for those living on Set Court and for visitors heading to Oakridge Country Club.

The project is part of broader infrastructure improvements overseen by the Utah Department of Transportation. Further details, including updates and project timelines, are available at udotinput.utah.gov/shepardlaneinterchange.
