Farmington Man Accused of Embezzling $1.1M Over Eight-Year Scheme

A Farmington man has been charged with embezzling over $1.1 million from his employer over eight years. Working as a controller, he allegedly manipulated financial records and used wire transfers to funnel money into personal accounts. The scheme was uncovered during a routine audit, leading to 15 felony charges for theft and fraud.

Giddy Up! Farmington Horse Camp for Kids Now Taking Summer Sign-Ups

Silver Sage Equestrian in Farmington has officially opened public registration for its highly anticipated Beginner Horse Summer Camp. After filling a substantial waitlist, the camp is now welcoming new participants to sign up for the 2025 season. The camp, specially designed for children ages 6 to 12, offers a unique summer experience filled with horse riding, games, crafts, and interactive activities.

Running from June through August, the camp provides a safe and engaging introduction to equestrian life for young riders with little to no experience. With limited spots available and a high level of interest already demonstrated, early registration is strongly encouraged.

Milestone Night: Phoenix Lacrosse Stars Shine in 11-5 Win Over Riverton

Farmington High's #3 ranked women's lacrosse team defeated #5 Riverton 11-5 after a close first half. Goalkeeper Elle Erickson made 10 key saves. Hailey Larsen surpassed 500 career draw wins with a dominant performance. Ally MacAulay reached 200 career points with a six-point game, while Kate Carter surpassed 100 career points.
