💛 We Tried a Couples Massage at Lumiere Wellness Spa . . . Here’s What Happened

Okay friends… I have to tell you about this one. 💛

Recently, my husband and I had the chance to try Lumiere Wellness Spa here in Bountiful—and honestly, it was so good! I knew I needed to share it again in a more personal way.

First of all, booking was super easy! We booked their couples massage, and from the moment we walked in, it felt calm, welcoming, and relaxing.

We were welcomed with a warm, professional atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. I had Stan, and my husband had Cherise—and both of them were incredible. Before even getting started, they took the time to ask where we were feeling the most tension and what we needed help with… and then they just knew exactly what to do.

They used hot stones and deep tissue techniques, and let me tell you… it was exactly what my body needed.

I’ve been spending a lot more time on my computer lately working on the Bountiful Buzz, and my neck and shoulders have been paying the price. During the massage, there were definitely those “hurt so good” moments (you know the kind 😅), but afterward… I could feel a real difference.

Less tension. More movement. Just better.

And my husband said the same thing—his back had been bothering him from everyday wear and tear, and he walked out feeling noticeably better.

It wasn’t just relaxing… it actually helped.

We both left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and noticeably better—it’s the kind of experience that reminds you how important it is to take care of your body and make time for yourself.

So if you’ve been needing something like this (or maybe just convinced now 😄), here’s what they’ve got going on right now 👇 Oh and make sure you tell them Brenda from the Bountiful Buzz sent you . . .

💆‍♀️ One of their most popular services (and the one we tried!) is their 60-Minute Couples Firm Pressure Hot Stone Massage

✨ Includes aromatherapy, hot towels, hot stones, mints, and refreshing infused oxygenated mineral water - Just $65 per person

“They’ve been filling up quickly—especially for couples appointments, so hurry and book!”

They’re also currently offering:

🤍 Basic Prenatal Massage - 60 minutes for $65 - For all the mamas-to-be who could use a little “take care of me” time. 💛

🌿 Other Options That Fit Your Life

They also offer flexible session lengths of 45, 60, 75, and 90 minutes, making it easy to fit self-care into real life.

And if you’re someone who wants to make this a regular thing (honestly… after going, I get why you would), they offer a monthly membership:

💛 45-minute session for $75/month - Includes one add-on of your choice

Are you convinced yet? Ready to go try it for yourself? 👇

🚧 I-15 Lane Closures This Weekend

UDOT crews will close the two left lanes in both directions on I-15 between Park Lane and the State Street overpass in Farmington. The closures begin Friday at 8 PM and last until Saturday at 10 AM while crews install new signage. Drivers should expect delays and plan alternate routes if possible.

Why It Matters: Overnight construction could slow your commute through Farmington, especially for late-night or early-morning travel.

🌳 Half-Off Trees for NSL Residents

North Salt Lake is offering residents a chance to plant a new tree at 50% off through its Tree Planting Program. The discounted price includes both the tree and professional installation. Applications are open now, but the deadline to apply is April 30. 👉 More details

Why It Matters: This is an easy, affordable way to boost your property value, shade your home, and make your neighborhood greener.

🚂 Historic Big Boy 4014 Rolls Through Utah

The legendary Union Pacific “Big Boy” steam locomotive made a special stop in Utah, drawing crowds as it traveled across the state. This massive, historic train—one of the largest ever built—has been restored and is touring to celebrate America’s railroad heritage. Families and train enthusiasts lined the tracks to catch a glimpse of this moving piece of history.

Why It Matters: Events like this bring unique, family-friendly experiences close to home and celebrate Utah’s connection to America’s rail history.

⚾️ Alta Powers Past Viewmont

April 2nd Boys Baseball - Alta topped Viewmont 11-6 in Region 6 play, led by a huge night from Alexandros Price, who went 3-for-4 with a home run and six RBIs. The game was tied early, but Alta broke it open with a five-run third inning. Viewmont chipped in runs across multiple innings but couldn’t catch up.

Why It Matters: It’s a tough region loss for Viewmont as teams battle for positioning heading deeper into the season.
