๐ฝ๏ธ America's Potluck Coming to Bountiful This July
Looking for a simple way to get to know your neighbors? Bountiful residents are being invited to take part in "America's Potluck" on July 5 as part of the nation's America 250 celebration. The idea is simple: gather with neighbors over food and conversation, whether that's in a front yard, on a cul-de-sac, or through a neighborhood block party.
The Bountiful City America250 Committee is encouraging residents to host local gatherings and will provide resources including invitation templates, activity ideas, recipes, and guidance on city policies. The goal is to strengthen neighborhood connections and create meaningful conversations right where people live.
Interested in hosting? The city is currently looking for neighborhood organizers and will help promote participating events throughout the community.

๐จ More Gunfire Reported in West Point After Fatal Shooting
Davis County sheriff's deputies responded to reports of gunfire early Monday morning near 2000 West and 200 North in West Point, less than 48 hours after a deadly shooting in the same neighborhood. Several people were taken into custody, and investigators say the incident is not believed to be connected to the Saturday shooting that claimed the life of 71-year-old veteran Randy Witten. Neighbors described the back-to-back incidents as shocking and highly unusual for the area.

Your Body Loves Consistency ๐โโ๏ธโจ
Most people wait until they're hurting before scheduling a massage. And while massage can absolutely help relieve pain, your body responds best when care is consistent, not reactive.
Think of it like brushing your teethโyou don't wait for a cavity before taking care of them. The same goes for your muscles. Regular massage helps keep tension from building up, improves mobility, reduces stress, and often prevents those little aches from becoming bigger problems.
The clients who feel the best long-term aren't necessarily the ones who come in the most oftenโthey're the ones who come in consistently.
๐ฟ A little maintenance goes a long way when it comes to keeping your body moving and feeling its best.
โจ Ready to give your body the care it deserves? Schedule your next massage with me or Kristi or Alicia today. ๐ Book a Massage
