🥶 Freeze Watch for Local Area Overnight
The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Watch for the Wasatch Front from Thursday evening through Friday morning. Temperatures could dip into the mid-to-upper 20s early Friday. That’s cold enough to create widespread frost conditions.
Why It Matters: If you’ve started spring planting, cover sensitive plants and protect outdoor plumbing to avoid damage.

📞 911 Dispatchers Recognized This Week
It’s National Public Safety Telecommunications Week, and local agencies like South Davis Metro Fire and Bountiful City Police Department are giving a shoutout to 911 dispatchers. These behind-the-scenes professionals are the first point of contact in emergencies, helping coordinate fast, life-saving responses. Officials highlighted their calm, professionalism, and dedication under pressure.
Why It Matters: When emergencies happen, these are the voices guiding help your way—often making critical decisions in seconds.

🏡 Farmington Home Expo Brings Contractors Together
The Farmington Home Expo is coming to Western Sports Park April 24–27, offering free admission and a one-stop shop for homeowners. Attendees can meet local and national contractors, compare quotes, and explore the latest in home improvement—from solar to smart home tech. Show-only discounts and multiple vendors make it easy to plan upgrades in one visit.
Why It Matters: This event could save local homeowners time and money by helping them compare options and lock in deals without the usual legwork.

🏍️ Deadly Motorcycle Crashes Rising Across Utah
Utah is seeing another surge in deadly motorcycle crashes after a record-breaking 72 fatalities in 2025. In just the past week, three riders were killed in separate incidents, including crashes in Provo Canyon, I-15, and near Moab. Officials say many crashes involve only the rider, with speed and unpredictable movement as common factors.
Why It Matters: With warmer weather bringing more riders onto the road, both drivers and motorcyclists in South Davis need to stay extra alert to prevent more deadly accidents. 👉 Read More

⚾ Woods Cross Edges Bountiful in Tight Region Game
Woods Cross Wildcats pulled out a 4-3 win over Bountiful Redhawks in a close Region 6 matchup at the University of Utah. A big fourth inning made the difference, with Tyson Devore driving in two runs as Woods Cross scored all four of their runs. Bountiful answered with a late push but couldn’t complete the comeback.
Why It Matters: With region play heating up, every close game like this can impact playoff positioning for local teams.

Listen to What Your Body Is Telling You
Your body is always communicating—it just doesn’t use words. Tightness, soreness, and fatigue are often signs that something needs attention. Instead of pushing through the discomfort, take it as a cue to slow down and care for your body. Massage can help release tension, improve circulation, and get you back to feeling more balanced and at ease.
Ready to feel better? Book your next session with Chelsea and give your body the care it’s been asking for.
