💧Experts Say: Hold Off on Watering
City leaders are reminding residents there’s no need to start watering lawns yet. State water experts say winter moisture and cool soil temperatures are still keeping landscapes hydrated. Most lawns won’t need irrigation until temperatures consistently reach about 70°F—usually around Mother’s Day.
Why It Matters:
Waiting to water can significantly reduce residential water use and help keep Utah’s reservoirs healthier heading into summer. 👉 Read more
🍀 St. Patrick’s Day Parade Returns to Downtown SLC
One of Utah’s biggest St. Patrick’s Day celebrations is returning to Downtown Salt Lake City this weekend, Saturday, March 14th. The parade begins at 11 AM, with festivities continuing until 5 PM around The Gateway, where several blocks will be closed for music, food vendors, and pop-up bars along the route. Organizers with the Hibernian Society say the event is family-friendly and encourage attendees to consider public transportation due to expected crowds.
Why It Matters:
While outside South Davis County, the parade is a popular regional event that many local families attend each year. 👉 details
![]() [email protected] | Bountiful Teen Offering Yard Help for Service TripWe always love seeing local youth stepping up to do good things. A Bountiful teen is working to raise money for a humanitarian trip to Brazil this summer and is offering yard clean-up and junk removal to earn his way. If you’ve got a spring project, it might be a great way to support a motivated local student. You can text him at 801-884-8203 |

🏐 Bountiful boys volleyball rolls past Skyline
Bountiful swept Skyline 3-0 in a Region 6 matchup, winning 25-14, 25-15, and 25-18. The Redhawks controlled the match from the opening serve and never let Skyline find much momentum.
Why It Matters: It’s a strong Region 6 statement for Bountiful and a good sign for fans tracking the Redhawks’ season.

Your Shoulders Might Be Carrying More Than You Realize 💆♀️
If you’ve been feeling tightness in your neck or shoulders lately, you’re definitely not alone. Many of us spend hours each day looking down at phones, working on computers, or carrying the stress of busy schedules—and our shoulders often take the brunt of it.
A quick reset you can try today: take a slow breath in, gently roll your shoulders up toward your ears, then slowly roll them back and down. Do this a few times and notice how much tension you’ve been holding without realizing it.
Small habits like posture checks, stretching, and regular movement can help prevent tension from building up—but when those stubborn knots stick around, therapeutic massage can make a big difference.
✨ If your shoulders are feeling tight or overworked, it may be time for a reset. Book a session with Chelsea or Kristi and let’s get those muscles moving freely again.
