๐ŸŽ„ Last-Minute Holiday Magic Awaits at Station Park

Station Park invites shoppers to enjoy festive shopping, walk-up Santa photos, and a local Holiday Market through December 24. With retailers like Bath & Body Works and small business vendors in Fountain Square, it's a one-stop destination for holiday fun and last-minute gifts.

Bountiful Manโ€™s Only Transportation Stolen from Garage

Over the weekend, a Bountiful resident lost his only means of transportation after his electric bike was stolen from his garage overnight. The incident occurred near 330 West and 150 South, sometime between late Sunday night and early Monday morning.

The black and green electric bike had been left in the garage to charge overnight. The owner, a familiar face to many in the community, regularly rides the bike through the 5th South and Center Street areas. It serves as his primary mode of transport, and its disappearance has left him struggling to get around.

His family has taken to social media to ask the community for help in locating the stolen bike. A police report has been filed, and details will be updated as they become available. Community members are urged to keep an eye out for anyone riding a bike matching the description.

Anyone with information is encouraged to come forward.

Farmington Police Arrest Sex Offender with Knife, Drugs, and Suspected Exploitation Material

A registered sex offender was arrested Sunday in Farmington after reportedly carrying a knife and being found in possession of drugs and suspected child exploitation material. John Patrick Dickson, 45, was taken into custody at a local business and now faces multiple charges. Police say there was no threat to the public, and the investigation is ongoing.

UTA Lights Up Ensign Peak Tower with Holiday Cheer

This week, Salt Lake City residents may notice a festive new glow on Ensign Peak. The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) has wrapped nearly 3,000 feet of Christmas lights around its radio tower at the summit, bringing some holiday spirit to the mountainside.

The tower is a critical part of UTAโ€™s operations, enabling communication between buses, trains, maintenance teams, and control rooms. It serves as the central hub for system-wide radio signals.

In the spirit of the season, UTAโ€™s Radio Communications team decorated the structure to spread a little joy across the valley. The result is a shimmering display visible each night from below.

Those wanting a closer look can take the Ensign Peak Trail โ€” a 1.8-mile round trip hike that begins near 1002 N. Ensign Vista Drive. The short climb offers sweeping sunset views, city lights, and now, a glowing holiday beacon atop the peak..
