🕊️ Update: Investigation Continues After Woman Found at Bountiful Park

Police have shared a brief update following the discovery of a deceased woman at Bountiful Park. Officials say there are still no signs of foul play, and the investigation remains ongoing. The woman’s name and cause of death have not yet been released as authorities work to notify family and complete their review.

🏪 New Lifetime Store Coming to West Bountiful

Along with its big Clearfield manufacturing and distribution footprint, Lifetime Products is relocating one of its retail stores from Salt Lake City to West Bountiful, just a short drive from Bountiful and North Salt Lake. The new store is expected to open in spring 2026 at 206 S 625 W, giving local shoppers a closer place to see and buy Lifetime tables, chairs, basketball hoops, sheds, kayaks, and more. Having a Lifetime Store right here boosts local access to well-made products and brings another retail destination to the South Davis County area.

🚧 Crash at 400 N & 500 W

A traffic accident yesterday temporarily shut down the intersection at 400 North and 500 West in Bountiful. Multiple directions were closed while officers directed traffic, and UDOT crews were called in to repair damaged traffic signals. The scene has since been cleared.

Why It Matters:
If you experienced delays in that area yesterday, this was the reason — and it’s a reminder to use extra caution at signal repairs in the coming days.

When we’re stressed, overwhelmed, or triggered, our nervous system shifts into protection mode. That’s when we say things we don’t mean, overcommit, or spiral into worry. The key isn’t trying to be “better” — it’s learning to pause.

✨ Wellness Tip:
Before responding to something emotional today, try this:
Take one slow breath in.
Longer breath out.
Relax your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.

Then respond, - - That small pause creates space between stimulus and reaction — and that space is where clarity, wisdom, and alignment live.

You don’t have to react to everything.
Sometimes the most powerful move is choosing calm. 💜
