Over 20 Pounds of Meth Seized in Davis County Drug Bust

Two men, Hector Louie Vazquez, 39, and Juan Manuel Guerrero, 36, have been charged with distributing methamphetamine after allegedly transporting over 20 pounds of the drug from California to North Salt Lake and selling it to undercover Davis County officers. The arrests were part of a multinational drug trafficking investigation. Both men appeared in court, where Judge Michael DiReda denied them bail, citing the substantial danger posed by their alleged offenses. Their next court appearance is scheduled for August 5.
