π‘ Expert Tip from Clint Grover at Bountiful Spinal Care:
"Maintaining a healthy spine is crucial for overall well-being. To reduce back pain and improve posture, incorporate daily stretches that target your back and neck muscles. Additionally, ensure your workstation is ergonomically friendlyβyour computer screen should be at eye level, and your chair should support your lower back. Regular chiropractic adjustments can also help keep your spine aligned and functioning optimally. Remember, a healthy spine leads to a healthier, more active life!"
