New Baskin Robbins Opens in Farmington, Exciting Grand Opening Event Announced

The Farmington community has a sweet new addition with the recent opening of a Baskin Robbins location. Managed by Chelsee Hanna, this new ice cream haven welcomed its first customers over the weekend and is already buzzing with excitement.

Chelsee, who is thrilled to be part of the Farmington community, shared that the official Grand Opening celebration is scheduled for Saturday, August 17th. She invites everyone to join in the festivities, promising fantastic deals on their delicious treats.

The new Baskin Robbins, located at 1076 W Park Lane Ste 115, offers a wide array of flavors and treats to delight all taste buds. They will be open daily from 11 am to 11 pm throughout the summer, providing a perfect spot to cool down and enjoy a sweet treat.

With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the new Baskin Robbins is set to become a favorite spot for locals. Don't miss the Grand Opening event—it's the perfect opportunity to enjoy some great deals and meet the friendly team!

Search Continues for Missing Man in Willard Bay Storm Incident

Search and rescue operations are ongoing in Willard Bay, Utah, for a 51-year-old man who went missing after being swept away by a storm on Saturday night. The incident occurred around 8:50 p.m. when the man and two others were on a boat in the bay. The storm hit suddenly, leading to his disappearance.

The search efforts involve multiple agencies, including dive teams from Box Elder and Weber counties. Despite challenges such as choppy waters and low visibility, crews are using sonar to scour the area around the north marina, where the missing man’s boat was found with its trolling motor still running.

The man, an avid fisherman, was last seen launching from the marina early Sunday morning. His family reported him missing when he did not return as expected. Authorities are expanding the search area southward, hoping for a breakthrough.

Event Details:
Join us for the VHS Cheer Annual Mini Cheer Camp! This exciting event is open to kids ages 4-12 and will take place at the VHS Auxiliary Gym. Campers will participate in fun and engaging cheer practices on August 28th and 29th from 5-6 PM. The camp culminates with a thrilling halftime performance at the football game on August 30th!

Every Mini Cheerleader will receive:
- A t-shirt
- A bow
- The opportunity to learn and perform a cheer routine alongside the VHS Varsity Cheerleaders!

- August 28th: Practice from 5-6 PM
- August 29th: Practice from 5-6 PM
- August 30th: Halftime performance at the football game
