๐ฟ New Nursery Blooms in Bountiful
A new plant shop, Eric Engh Gardens, has officially opened in Bountiful at the former Smithโs Feed building on 200 West โ the one with the big dragon mural. Local residents are already praising the nurseryโs variety, quality, and strong selection of perennials, with several saying it feels like a welcome replacement for the old J & L Gardens experience. If youโre working on your yard or garden this spring, neighbors are encouraging residents to stop by and support this new local business.

๐ฅพ Caution Urged After Hiker Falls at Adams Canyon
Officials are reminding hikers to use extra caution on the Adams Canyon Trail after a recent fall prompted an emergency response. The popular Layton-area trail is known for steep terrain, rocky sections, and slippery conditions near the waterfall, especially during spring runoff. Adams Canyon is a favorite hiking spot for many South Davis residents, and the warning comes as warmer weather brings more families and outdoor groups onto local trails. ๐ Read More

๐ฟHealing Looks Different for Everyone
Thereโs no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness. Some people heal through movement. Others through stillness, sound, touch, breath, or simply being supported in a peaceful space.
โจ Wellness Tip:
Pay attention to what your body has been craving lately.
More rest? More movement? More calm? More connection?
Sometimes your body already knows what it needsโwe just have to slow down enough to listen.
Whether youโre curious about yoga, meditation, foot zoning, sound baths, or wellness workshops, Erin offers a variety of holistic experiences designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and feel more balanced from the inside out. ๐
For questions or class information, call or text Erin at 801-201-3925.
