Discover Mueller Park Canyon’s Latest Trail Loop Addition

Bountiful, Utah – Outdoor enthusiasts have a new reason to celebrate as a fresh trail loop has officially opened in Mueller Park Canyon. This exciting addition to the park's trail network offers paths for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced riders. The new trails are designed for multi-use, accommodating hikers, bikers, and equestrians, with the only restriction being no motorized traffic.

A preview of the new trail reveals a promising route that is set to become a favorite among locals and visitors alike. The trail's design ensures that everyone, regardless of their experience level, can enjoy the natural beauty of Mueller Park Canyon.

Bountiful Utah Trails has been pivotal in bringing this project to life. They encourage the community to explore the new loop and to help maintain the trails by making donations. Contributions can be made through their donation page.

North Salt Lake Seeks Part-Time School Crossing Guards

The City of North Salt Lake is seeking part-time school crossing guards to ensure the safety of children walking to and from school. This engaging, outdoor role is limited to school days only, with shifts running from 8-9 am and 3:15-4 pm. The pay rate is $30 per shift, and there are no evening, weekend, or holiday commitments. No Damage Reported After 4.5 Magnitude Quake in Utah

A 4.5 magnitude earthquake struck near Cedar City, Utah, on Sunday night around 11:30 p.m., as reported by the United States Geological Survey (USGS). The quake's epicenter was located approximately 19 miles southwest of Cedar City and 233 miles southwest of Salt Lake City. No damage or injuries have been reported. The earthquake occurred at a depth of about 12 miles. Residents in the area felt light to moderate shaking, with reports extending as far north as Beaver, Utah, and as far southwest as Las Vegas. The USGS notes that damage typically does not occur until the magnitude reaches above 4 or 5, depending on various factors such as distance and soil type.

🎤 Free Summer Concerts in Davis County

Bountiful City’s Music in the Park

Concerts will be held at the Main Stage at the Bountiful City Park: 400 North and 200 West. They take place on Friday evenings at 7PM. There will be food trucks at site at each concert.

Rock the Park at Station Park

This summer you can enjoy local, live entertainment and bands next to the fountains at Station Park. Grab dinner first or bring a picnic from home to eat while you listen. Rock the Park will take place Friday evenings in August. Concert details can be found on their Facebook page!

Concerts on the Hill at Cherry Hill

Concerts take place under the stars every Friday evening on the Lucky 7 stage Cherry Hill's Grants Gultch (1325 South Main Street, Kaysville). Concerts for 2024 will start in June. Click here for details!
