๐ธ Centerville School Crossing Light Out
The Quick Summary: The northbound crossing light at 400 E and 950 S in Centerville is currently not working. Police say theyโll have a patrol car with emergency lights on nearby during school zone hours to help remind drivers to slow down. The signal is expected to be replaced by the end of the month.
Why It Matters: Drivers passing through the area should slow down and stay alert to keep students crossing safely.

๐ฟ Davis County Joins Global Day of Unplugging
The Davis County Health Department is encouraging residents to take part in the Global Day of Unplugging from sundown March 6 to sundown March 7. The event invites people to step away from screens and spend time on offline activities like outdoor adventures, real conversations, and family time. Organizers say itโs a simple way to recharge and reconnect.
Why It Matters: Itโs a community-friendly reminder to take a break from devices and spend time connecting with family, neighbors, and the outdoors. ๐ Learn More

๐ Farmington, Kaysville Couples Stranded in Dubai
Two Davis County couplesโone from Farmington and another from Kaysvilleโare currently stuck in Dubai after flights home were repeatedly canceled due to the escalating conflict involving Iran. The travelers were finishing a religious tour when missile strikes and airport disruptions forced them to shelter in place. They say they feel safe but have been waiting several days for flights to resume so they can return to Utah. (KSL News)
Why It Matters: The global conflict is now affecting local families in Davis County who are waiting overseas for a safe trip home.

๐ Farmington High Wins State Pickleball Championship
Farmington High Schoolโs pickleball team capped an undefeated season by winning the Utah High School Pickleball State Championship at Club Pickleball USA. The Phoenix competed against 40 high schools from across the state and stood out for their depth, consistency, and teamwork throughout the tournament. The title highlights the programโs commitment to year-round training and competitive play.
Why It Matters: Itโs a big win for local pride in South Davis County and puts Farmington High on the map in one of Utahโs fastest-growing sports.

Your Jaw Might Be Doing More Work Than You Think ๐ฌ๐โโ๏ธ
Many people donโt realize how often they clench their jaw during the dayโwhile driving, working at the computer, or concentrating on something stressful. That tension doesnโt just stay in the jaw. It can travel into the neck, shoulders, and even trigger headaches.
Take a moment today to check in with yourself: Are your teeth touching right now? If so, gently relax your jaw and let your tongue rest on the roof of your mouth. Small habits like this can make a big difference.
๐ And if that tension has already settled in, massage can help release those tight muscles and reset the whole area.
โจ Letโs get that tension outโbook your session today with me or Kristi.
