Mystery and Mayhem After Dark at Centerville’s Whitaker Museum

Centerville City’s Heritage Museum is inviting puzzle enthusiasts and history lovers to a unique after-hours adventure with “The Whit After Dark: The Lore of Lilebet’s Lost Pearls.”

Set for Thursday, November 6, the evening event transforms the Whitaker Museum into the backdrop of a mysterious family tale. Visitors will step into a fictional 1939 narrative centered around Auntie Mae, an eccentric globetrotter rumored to have returned from overseas with a royal treasure. Participants will join forces to uncover clues, solve intricate puzzles, and determine whether the legendary pearls truly exist.

Designed for groups, the immersive experience encourages team problem-solving in a lively, interactive setting. The event is open to adults (ages 18+) or family groups with members aged 12 and older. Registration is required in advance, with a $15 fee per group.

Legacy House Hosts Free Halloween Party for Families and Neighbors

BOUNTIFUL, Utah — Legacy House of Bountiful is inviting families and community members to its Annual Halloween Party on Thursday, October 30, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. This free event features costumes, trick-or-treating, games, food, and the return of the popular Spook Alley attraction.

Held at the assisted living and memory care community just off Main Street, the event brings together residents, families, and neighbors for an evening of festive fun. Guests are encouraged to wear costumes and enjoy the decorated halls, Halloween activities, and treats.

Legacy House offers personalized senior care in a warm, welcoming setting. Visitors are also welcome to learn more about the community during the event or schedule a personal tour by calling 801-294-2925.

Final Two Weeks to Enjoy Fall Favorites at Skinner Produce

Skinner Produce is entering its final two weeks of the season, inviting shoppers to enjoy fresh local goods before the fall market closes. Open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in both Bountiful and Kaysville, the stands are full of seasonal favorites.

Offerings include fresh-baked Jack’s Bread in flavors like sourdough, Dutch crunch, banana, pumpkin chocolate chip, cheddar cheese, and cheddar jalapeño. Shoppers can also find vine-ripened tomatoes, crisp Fuji and Golden Delicious apples, and a wide mix of squash.

Other local products include fresh brown eggs, Utah honey, honey corn, 21 varieties of jams and salsa, and Utah beef jerky. Pumpkin fans can pick from Cinderella and classic carving pumpkins, many with standout stems perfect for fall photos.

With just days left in the season, it’s a great time to stock up and celebrate the harvest before it’s gone.

🏐 Bountiful and Woods Cross Face Off in Rival Volleyball Showdown Tonight

The energy will be high on the court tonight as the Bountiful Redhawks make the short trip to take on the Woods Cross Wildcats in a classic girls volleyball rivalry matchup. First serve is set for 7:00 PM at Woods Cross High School, where fans can expect a thrilling contest between two competitive teams with a strong history. These games are always exciting and draw a lively crowd from both communities. It’s the perfect way to spend a Tuesday night—come support local student-athletes and enjoy some top-notch volleyball action. 🏐
